2. Terms and Conditions

• This trade involves the exchange of digital files, and **all file types are accepted**.
• The Parties agree that the digital assets being traded may be of **different file types**.
• **All trades are final with no trade backs** after a receipt has been issued.
• The value of the trade is based on file size, and the file(s) provided by User 2 must match or exceed the total size of the file(s) provided by User 1.

3. Legal and Acknowledgment

By entering their personal information and file data into this system and executing this trade, both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Contract. This digital agreement is a time-locked, binding record of the trade.
